What are the ways to Promote Service to UK Local Shop

Hello

I have a system which I want to promote to UK local shop owners, what are the ways to promote online rather then going b2b (business to business)

I have tried Facebook, Google and so on but there is no way to target them directly so getting here confused on what the ways to promote my service to local shop owners through online

I know the ways for offline but finding good solution for online.

At the moment I am doing SEO but my service is so uncommon that I can't find the keyword for it, but made a website and let see and hoping that my website might give good clients.

If you are promoting to UK shop owners please let me know the ways to promote them.

    I'm a partner in a UK web design agency.

    Here's one suggestion that works like a charm . . .

    Head over to Google and type in keyword searches like this: industry sector location.

    It could be hotels london, for example.

    Then on the right-hand side begin to open up in tabs the Adwords' sites. Send each one a email, but tailor it to them. I find using their business name, their personal name, and mentioning a few things about their business (so they know you're not copying and pasting the same email) to greatly increase conversions.

    What's more . . . these people have already signaled a willingness to spend money in your area of expertise: digital marketing.
