Hey fellow warriors,

I've a got a question besides being an owner of a website and asking to get a persons email which would be a way to create an email list? What other ways are there to build an email list? I just want some examples as I want an inside look at how they are built thanks and have a wonderful day.

You'll need some way to capture the email addresses of the people you want to subscribe to your list. You can't get around this. There are many free and paid email/autoresponders available online. And, you can use anyone of them to get results. The main things you will want to focus on at the start is creating a winning sign up page to convince the person to subscribe and also your promotion method for driving traffic to that page.

Another method for acquiring subscribers is to set up a Free WSO, obtain, or create a valuable product and give it away to the WSO folks, part of the deal is they must sign up to obtain your free gift..this is not foolproof because so many people use 'junk email addresses' these days to sign up for things - and then of course you cannot build a rapport with them - but there are also Free giveaway events hosted online which marketers sign up for and present another valuable freebie - similar process to the WSO.
Using SMS is starting to come into vogue -has a much higher engagement/opening rate.

      1. Sign up to Aweber or Get Response. I think both still offer free trials.

      2. Offer an incentive to join your list. A free eBook, free report, free course.

      3. Make your list prominent on your web page. Popups work best, but if not choose upper-pager real estate and take time to design your box.

      4. Get traffic in all the usual ways: other lists, media buys, forums, social networks.

Create a landing page with a CTA headline

Visitor opts in and gets sent to a OTO

If they buy then add them to your buyers list if not redirect to CPA or affiliate offer

The most standard way is to setup a page with an autoresponder form offering some guides, news letter or some software the only difference is how you drive traffic to it.

Below are a few ways to drive traffic to your page with autoresponder form so you can build your list:

    1.) Blogging
    2.) Forum Posting
    3.) Social Media Sharing
    4.) Solo Ads
    5.) PPC
    6.) Banner Ads

Once you have your squeeze page/landing page ready, you may try first generate traffic to your website by purchasing solo ads from the seller which is in the same niche as you.
