If it was that easy, wouldn't everyone be doing it and becoming rich??

I really don't know what else to add - other than how barbaric it is for anyone to think there's a simple, straightforward process of investing money into a new business, thinking there will be definite, positive results.

I suggest you put your money into a high-interest bank account, and claim the $5/month~, and only use the $500 once you actually become familiar with the basic fundamentals of internet marketing, and that there isn't a 'simple' way to make money. Believe it or not, but there is a learning curve in any marketing strategy - paid or free. This question is so broad, and impossible to answer.

The time to invest is when you know what to invest in.

At this stage in your new career, I'd suggest you spend time educating yourself. When you feel you're ready for the next step, get a domain and hosting. Baby steps.

Normally I would recommend you invest your $500 on a coach however since I don't know you .

I don't know how motivated are you or if you really are sure that Internet Marketing is for since you're just 1 week old in Internet Marketing.

So I suggest you keep your $500 first and do some research. Internet is not some easy money in contrast to other marketers are saying out there.

What you need to do instead is do your research first. find the type of Internet business that you like then dig on it deeper and when you're sure that it's the right business you want to pursue online find a refutable coach.

You need to do this first because there are a lot of coaches out there and you want to make sure that you really like the coaching style, the structure of business that he will teach you.

Having a coach is one of the fastest way to cut your learning curve however you should also not mistake it that they will do everything for you.

It is still you that will make the task they are just there to guide you so it is really important that you are aligned with your coach and you really like what you are doing.

Nothing like painting a target on your back and saying I've got money to blow ... tell me who to give it to. I'm sure you will get pms telling you to give it to "them."

You need to do the work. Read the forums, put together your own plan to make money. Nothing is handed to you and what works for one person doesn't work for another. Chase "get rich quick" schemes and you're just going to lose that money you have to throw around.

Investing in any venture can't garantee "safe and effective" so i can't fathom why this keeps coming up in IM forums...

Unfortunately not, you have to change your perspective and start thinking of IM as any other B&M business...

You should learn some proven methods and then test if you can make them work. You can also try blogging .

Keep the money in the bank! You will have faster results there lol.

But seriously, there are no get rich quick tricks out there that will save you.

There are get rich products you can leverage definitely but requires understanding how to market and leverage, high investment most of the time, and lots of hard initial work to setup.

Add another daily effort of getting targeted traffic the organic and paid way to scale.

Once you got that setup, then take that 500$ and invest in the whole system you just manually created and maybe just maybe break even or make profit while you build your loyal followers.

Repeat this process daily and in a few years or less then you will see the fast income days

Get access to the war room or just look at some of the threads on the forum and get an understanding of what business models are working for others. At some point you will stumble across a business model that makes sense to you and that you can see yourself doing for the next 6 months.

Study that business model and take action. Start small and then use your money to scale up, but there are no guarantees, you could lose money or you could make money, but at least you will learn from your mistakes, and you can try again if things don't work out right away.

the best way to get fast results with a small budget of $500 is with product creation for sure.

It seems like it would be hard and confusing but it's really not. It's actually pretty simple. $500 Is enough to get everything outsourced to where you have a decent product that can create you profits for years to come.

You can get someone to setup JV deals for you with no money out of pocket and win pretty fast. That way you can plug into people who already have the traffic and the audience you need.

Thats really the only way to start making money directly into your account fast. You can even do it for less than $500

Invest in a good autoresponder and hosting, which shouldn't cost you more than $30 a month (depending on your provider). This is the basis of your online money making efforts. Even without the paid hosting (assuming you just used Blogger or some other free platform), you would still need to build a list as this is your most valuable possession.

Invest in an accomplished coach or mentor - they will tell you exactly what to do, what books to read, and how to go about approaching internet marketing - you can find a lot of them by going on these forums and looking up people who know what they are talking about.

You sound like you are not ready to invest in any venture right now. Put the money in the bank or invest in some stocks, try Johnson & Johnson.

I wouldn't advise PPC at this stage.

Here's why . . .

You're new to affiliate marketing. To be good at PPC marketing, you need to have a strong grasp of your niche, your market, and how to sell within that market. You learn these outside of media buying.

When you can sell outside of PPC, then you head into PPC.

I could invest $500 right this second on an unfamiliar niche. I go make a coffee. I return. And my $500 is gone and I made zero sales.

There are plenty of passive and semi-passive online income models outside of media buying. Safer ones, where you won't burn through your money with nothing to show for it. To be honest, $500 is less than I would use to get my campaigns optimized.

If you're dead set on it, though, and I don't advise it, look at Bing Ads and get yourself a coupon.

$500 will get you a list of over 1000 emails
then do adswaps and build your list for free
then send offers to your list, and make money

What worked for me was learning different technologies at Team Tree House, Tutsplus, Egghead.io, Laravel, etc. Ive been 2 years studying hard to deploy great products. Im at my early beginnings but I must say this is what I expected. With few efforts and giving away stuff for free Ive been increasing my list and Ive been doing sales with few bucks on PPC campaign.
Now I am looking for IM experts to create great products and do a JV to split profits. I just came back to this forums after a hard journey learning code, and new technologies as Arduino and Raspberry Pi.
I think doing a product that also includes hardware to measure the physical world will help me a lot!

So $500 is nothing to start. Its like an investment if you have no freaking idea of what to do. Ive spent thousands of dollars on my education and I just know you will never stop learning.
