My question might sound weird but have a reason.

I am working on an app for people who buy stuff on Amazon. I would like to know can target that particular user group?

    I'm not sure I completely understand the question so I'm just asking to clarify in case it helps you get an answer to your question.

    Are you asking how to best advertise your app to people who are buyers on Amazon or are you asking how to reach a group of Amazon buyers so that you can get feedback on the app you're developing (like beta testers)?
