Looking for help launching my WSO

Hello I am looking for some help launching a new product as a WSO that I have put together and coded but I am new here and could use the help from someone experienced on how to make a WSO successful.

I have a great mobile app product for android and will have iphone version soon as well, however I am in need of some cash due to an emergency and need to launch my android version now (this app is a complete mobile directory) it is an actual INSTALLED app not a frame app,

everything is installed to users phones, secondly it has a unique feature that allows GEO FENCING so our customers can offer businesses access to have GEO Fences pop up and notify people in the area who have the app installed about specials as they approach or get close to their business whither walking or while driving within whatever fence zone they set.

I really need someone who has been successful with WSO's in the past and can help me get this offer out the door,

i'm willing to do a JV with a True warrior and professional if anyone is here who can help! I am not sure if this is the right forum to post this in so if not please forgive me on my first post here, but I could really use some help. (I plan to offer a white-label version to this product)...

Also it has an easy to manage admin interface to add GEO fences and also update directory listings which download to users app install's as the new listings get updated from the directory owner.

I am only going to allow so many people in certain zones (areas) to have a directory within so many miles of eachother that way limited city directories means it does not become a crowded over sell product and stays exclusive. This app can work for any business type directory. (sports bars, restaurants, hotels, attractions and so on.)
