E Book Sources

I am going to be starting work on a set of e-books in the very near future.
I was just wondering if anybody has any idea about how exactly to source with non-fiction e-books.
For example, if I used some information from pages 10-50 of a book would it be suffice to just source this at the end of the chapter, rather than repeatedly sourcing throughout the text?
