What company to use for email marketing?

I have made a career in digital marketing. I am starting my own company and need an email marketing company with it's own database. I will be providing the html creative but need a company with a signifcant email database. I will work with single opt in. I am running general geo targeted saturation. I want to know who I should use. I run over 50 deployments a week and just need to make sure they have a list, deployments go out, and above all, the lowest cost. No overlays, just general saturation. Anyone you've worked with or heard of will help. Thank you.

Let me add, I am set to go with my company, funding, business plan, even clients, this is the last and most important piece of the equation. I have worked as a consultant, now going private, and the company I use is too costly, I suspect because they are not the source of their data as they claim. Thanks again.

Aweber and Getresponse probably have the best e-mail deliverability out of the other competitors in the market. And both have either a $1 trial (or free trial) so you can take a deeper look into them.

In Aweber, by default your account will be set to double opt-in. You are able to manually change this without contacting support.

In Getresponse, I believe you must contact support to change your API for single opt-in.

Those 2 companies won't work. They're for building a subscriber list. I need a company that owns a list of at least 100 million so they will have enough data on a national level. Epsilon and Acxiom are good examples, but they charge a lot because they focus on overlays like income, hobbies, etc. I just need general saturation.
