RSS To Blog Automated Poster Any Suggestions?

Hello fellow warrior bloggers

As the title suggests, any recommendations for a good user-friendly RSS to blog automated blog poster that can be used for my Wordpress blog?

This is to be used as a supplement to adding my own content to my blog and not to replace it. It would just be nice to be able to keep adding small amounts of content when I am unable to add my own (I’ve a 3 week vacation coming up soon).
