What's going on with Paypal?

Anyone have any issues with Paypal putting limits on your accounts? They have been giving me the runaround all day about 1 over my article writing business today. I have been using Paypal for a long time, and this is just disappointing, whatever they have started doing resulting in this...

    No, but you had better back your business up. Remember, you can have 1 Personal acct and 1 Premier or Business acct. Get a Personal, Premier, or Business which ever you DO NOT have yet, verify it, start taking orders with it, do your 60 day waiting period, so that you can get a debit card to it and make sure you have this secondary acct to process with until you figure out their deal...

      You can have one personal account and one premiere or business account. You can't have a business and a premiere account.

          No problem. I remember it well because, a while back, I thought about upgrading my personal account to a premiere account. Good thing I read up on it first!
