Working on a big project, who can critique...

So I'm working on quite a big product, nearly finished up the first draft now but id like to give it to someone who is knowledgeable in that niche to critique it so i can make necessary changes before it goes live. Someone to say what they like about it, what can be improved and what they don't like etc. However. I do not want the content to be stolen and I don't want to put it up for sale and give review copies as i want to make changes.

The product will likely be around 150 pages, 40 video lessons, workbooks, ready made templates and a lot more so you can imagine with the time I've put in i would like to have some useful criticism to make the product top notch for the customers.

Without giving away to much information about the product or niche is there any way you have done this before, maybe payed someone, even a knowledgeable writer or something to give it a once over.

Thanks in advance.

You are, in essence, asking someone to spend a few hours of their time for free.

I also ask for reviews, but I do it among a private group on Facebook, and I 'pay' them with a review on the sales page that is linked to their website.

So they get a permanent one-way link. Cost me nothing, gives them a big benefit... that's the essence of a win-win scenario.

In the past, I've offered products for reviews, and had many people accept the product, then disappear... don't call me a fool, I've learned that lesson...

You need to have a mentor, or be in a group of like-minded individuals who help each other... simply asking people to work for you for free probably isn't going to go anywhere.

The ones who you'd want to critique your work are too busy with their own projects, the ones who will volunteer to critique your work are beginners who'd like to get their hands on a WSO without paying for it... the very ones who's critique would be the least valuable.

Just my 2 cents worth... even if it's not palatable...

It's worth a lot more than that, and should be said more often than it is.

Do you belong to any mastermind groups? That's where I would start my search.

My secondary choice would be to find an affiliate who has made a big impact in the market before and discuss a special opportunity with them in exchange for feedback on your product. Most likely they have a huge list, but you will need to offer them an incentive to invest their time...hence the special offer, possibly in the form of "early release" or "higher commission rates" than you will offer to others.
