Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I could submit a product report to (step 8), other than to free download sites? what would be good, or close, equivalents?

and/or

Could anyone suggest any IM/niche friendly free download sites? Are they all the long-winded pain in the **** that I've found - so far?

I just wanted to add thanks to Steven for this excellent post. It surprised me how similar the outline was to one I assembled myself based on considerable and varied info. You add some great tips I haven't run across, too. I plan to do every bit of that with regularity.
