Struggling To Find SERIOUS People

When I launched my first product and I don't have a list I felt the same way. However now that I have a list. I now understand why they are not promoting for you.

Assuming that your product is really good quality. Affiliates wanted to make sure that the product is converting very well or at least have a high EPC before they promote. If you can't get your EPC higher than $1 per click during the launch then they will not promote for you. It is a good sign that they are opting in to your JV List. most likely they are waiting for an announcement on how much it converts.

You got to excite them! if you are willing to take a risk you can also add a JV Prizes so affiliates will be excited to promote for your product. This should build the initial buzz on the market place and once the buzz has been created. Affiliates will be jumping on promoting your product.

You can also put a 100% Commission on your Front end to boost the EPC.

These affiliates will be sending buyers and If they don't make more than $1 they just wasted the slot and rather send them to a more high converting offer. You have to consider that there are a lot of launch going out there meaning they have a lot of option which product to promote.

If you really want to get affiliate promote for you either build relationship with them first or make sure you test your offer first and present a proven data. Remember this is a reciprocation game and this is business.

Ed said it... you're looking at your product with your eyes, and not looking at it from the viewpoint of affiliates.

And, of course, the famous 80/20 law particularly applies to affiliates. Only 20% of your affiliates are going to drive the traffic.

Did you list your program in the Affiliate Program Database? Seems to me a healthy percentage of affiliates using that forum would be serious.

How much does your product pay? Perhaps some success stories would help? Get some successful affiliates to show how they have had success?

Have you made money by promoting the product by yourself, buying traffic? (affiliate should be a bonus, like SEO is a bonus. If you have a product, the core of your business should be buying traffic and being able to get positive ROI from it..)

And if you did manage to make profits buying traffic, then you have some great data to show. So it should not be difficult to convince them to promote your stuff.

I think the main issue is that most people jump from one thing to another instead of focusing on one or two things. But they need to see fast results and you need to do a good job to keep them focused. Probably 95% of affiliates will not make you money, but it's the good ones that will make you a lot.

Just some more feedback, I just joined your site as an affiliate to try to look around, it was very confusing. Even when joining as an affiliate it looked like I was joining as a trial member instead? I'm still a little confused. (not trying to be mean, just being honest)

So your affiliate program is really the product whereby you get people on Facebook to join the program, and make 50%. This is a pyramid scheme built on someone else's trademark and there is no affiliate program, only a pyramid scheme biz-op.

I have no wonders why affiliates aren't signing up. Oh wait, they are, because you expect all of the "affiliate" spots to be filled up by this afternoon.

Another thing to note is, Affiliates are Lazy. They make a lot of money and they don't want to work.

If you really want people to promote for you. You have to make everything simple. Do everything for them!

Provide a bonus for them to use.
Provide Banners
Provide E-mail swipes.

In this days, everyone want's instant payment. If they promote in the morning they want to get paid after an hour that's a reality.

I'm referring to people who has a an experience in Internet Marketing. If you can't make it like that, you will only newbie who don't know a thing in IM.

If you want to make money you want to attract the best people around not the newbies.

Based on what I see on your site I see a lot of reasons why affiliates wouldn't promote your site. Here's some problems I see...

1. Your sales pitch sucks. It's confusing and it raises more questions than it answers. You don't explain anything, offer benefits, or even proof. Which is important because...

2. This site screams out MLM garbage. I only saw the intro page and the main page of your website and based off what I read it seems like your 'product' is nothing more than getting people to sell your product to other people, who then try and get other people to sign up. It's like a really basic MLM product without all the added 'benefits' of being a MLM product.

3. You have no authority or trust. Why would anyone promote anything for you and expect to be paid? People won't do anything for you unless you have some proof, testimonials, or anything to reassure them this isn't a waste of time.

So overall I don't think the problem is finding serious people. It's just nobody takes you seriously enough and who can blame them. You don't explain or offer much. I'm sure the only reason you had people sign up in the first place was to see what it is you're doing, because they couldn't figure it out from the website.

I would offer some suggestions on how you can fix your site, but unless I'm missing out on something bigger about your product... I would suggest you ditch this idea and try something else. I don't think you have the experience to pull off a MLM program. Not until you get a little more experience under your belt.

Out of all the affiliates you get... only around 5% will make alot of money for you. The other 95% will get you 1 or 2 sales... or even no sales at all. And there's nothing "glorified" by being perceived as a guru in the search engines - where everybody is promoting your product... and you're not making any money. Find out who the money earners are, and contact them directly.

Or... go out and recruit 1,000 more affiliates. Make sure you give them marketing tools too.
