To all the newbies posting a "how to make money online" thread

Why don't you all use the search option on this forum? If you are even too lazy to search on this forum how are you expecting to succeed online?

I'm not a hater, but you all come across real lazy and you won't make money online if you are lazy. First read some threads on this forum and learn the different ways to make money online. If you have found a method that suits you and you've made a plan, then you can present it to the members of this forum for feedback.

This is better for all of us because it helps to keep the forum clean and you will be more specific with your questions. Which of course will result in better answers.

I wish you all good luck with your internet marketing adventure!

This is the thread to be recommended: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post9002337

It got everything that needed to be answered. No more misleading know-it-alls, post count inflators, parrot responses and trolling around.

It's high time people read more to learn more.

This has nothing to do with what i posted. I asked if it was a good topic for an ebook. I was not asking you to tell me how to make money online - why would i? i know how to already.

    Congratulations.

You don't have to be defensive. This is not about your posting. OP is just telling his opinion. I am glad that you have got your answers, but as an advice refrain from posting general Title topics. You could go for the straight question like: What's best for an EBook topic?

I hope I have clarified things well.

Don't feel so offended. I read your topic and I know that you know your stuff. This is in general, not targeted at you.

There are always other topics that others are already talking about or asked about. Just too many threads that ask the same types of questions.

The search button does a good job is locating such topics.

Must agree. Commonsense dictates the suggested approach. In defense of the newcomer, however, I'll point out that they lack the perspective some of us more seasoned entrepreneurs enjoy, and the "spoon-feeding" culture seems more prevalent than ever. After two decades, I must have seen the "How Do I Make Money?" threads ten-thousand times or more; additionally, it seems the expectation to receive money, knowledge, possessions, and so forth, is a dominant feature of our culture: you're born and so you will receive. Whether this last element has always been the case or whether culture has evolved to it, I have no idea. I'd suggest it's likely a symptom of evolved systems: economics, welfare, healthcare. If we go back to Grapes of Wrath era, I expect the typical mindset was quite different: there was likely a work ethic, a general working mentality, where people expected only to receive upon execution of endeavour. So, in sum, I agree, but I can see their side of the coin.

I could not agree more. If you really want to be successful online, you got to stand for yourself and don't expect others to spoon feed everything to you.

When I was just starting out, I found myself researching, reading, learning and learning some more then test if it will work.

Even until know, I don't know someone who is successful online who is not hungry for knowledge.

Yeah, I feel sick about it. Whenever I see those post with a short blurb and a link to their website. I always find myself clicking on the back button

If you were to click on the report button instead of the "back" one
there would be a lot less of them.

Yeah but reporting them is a little bit harsh too.. they just want advice but don't realize how annoying it is to see the same threads posted everyday. We should share new insights and ideas in posts.

It'd be a lot more useful if you just hit the report triangle ... that's what it's for. Dropping links to your own sites is not allowed and those posts are removed if they're reported.

Maybe there should be a sticky "how to make money online" post. Full with links to other threads (a kind of summary)..

Many of the questions asked can also be solved by a simple google search.

Remember this, that not all new comers knows how to use a forum. Some of them never been in a forum sites.

Some tried searching for Google but never get the answer they wanted. So they ask here.

Think about it. When you get thanks about your advice and suggestion what do you feel? Feel of happiness, joy, fulfillment that you have helped someone. That's also they feel if they get answer in their own question. The feeling of being welcome, the feeling of being accepted.

Yes, sometimes it is annoying. But it will never hurt you. If you don't like it, ignore it. A simple as that.

Patience is a virtue. And being kind is not a crime.

Great answer. Forums are for discussions; Google is for search.

I have seen this topic many times, it is better to use the search option before posting a new thread without doubt, but information and things change and new topics can be helpful, as there will be updated information.

On the second thought, After reading the posts here. I don't mind seeing the same topic again and again.

Instead we can use this as a validation that a lot of people are having the same problem. We can know which topics are hot and from that we can plan on creating a product that will make us more money.

The irony behind this topic... I personally do not have a problem giving what knowledge I have obtained to "Newbies" I have met a lot of interesting people threw warrior forum. One thing I learned a long, long time ago was that everyone and I mean everyone. Always has something to offer, there is no such thing as a "Stupid" person. They may not know how to use a forum or how to make money online, but I'm willing to bet in other categories in life they have obtained more knowledge than you and I in a different topic. Which in return would make you and I a "Newbie" to them.

I have noticed a lot of people coming on here and this being their last resort. Struggling with money, stay at home mom's and dads... WE as fellow warrior members should be more than willing to help such people. Rather than complaining that they don't know how to use a search button. Which clearly nor do you. OR the "Report" button for that matter. So can I call you a newbie? Yes, but I'm not going to. I'm not "Hating" or "Flaming" you. I personally just think we should spend more time helping other people rather than whining about it. You never know what you could be doing for that person.

Its amusing me that in the long history of this forum this comes up on a regular basis and I have posted the link to that video on numerous occasions, 12 years and 3 different board software ago and its still relevant.
