Why is forum keep on getting delete

I think someone might be flagging my post bout commenting on blog post{is it worth. Why would someone flag the post or why would it be deleted. I did not put no links inside of the body.

So, why would admin or someone flag the post.

      My post was relevant but not sure why it even happens. I did not curse in my post at all; so umm kind of weird if you ask me.

    So, why would admin or someone flag the post.
    I don't know but I do know they had a good reason. They don't just randomly delete posts.

    Who knows. My shit gets deleted all the time.
    No mystery there.

      I have had my posts deleted as well. But what really annoys is that there is no way to get the actual reason for deletion. All forums provide moderation status of each post of the user. But why warriorforum does not?

      My first post - I spent an hour designing everything and submitted. After a few minutes the post disappeared and I lost all the work. There was no way for me to get that content back.
      High time WF admins do smth about this.

      PS: Needless to say, now I always copy and save my post content before submitting!

        Maybe because there are over 800,000 members, many hundreds of posts moved/removed every day, and it would be an enormous workload?

        Or maybe because most of the rules are fairly straightforward and fairly clear, including in this post which comments on thread deletions (see paragraphs #5 and #10): http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post2673405

        (My guess, in this case, is that someone thought Paul's post was an "article". They belong on people's own sites, or on their Warrior Forum Blogs, perhaps, but not so much in the Main Marketing Forum: it's not an article directory, after all. )

        You spent an HOUR on your FIRST post? What the heck were you writing about?

        Normally when you come into a forum you check out what other people are posting and get a general feel for the discussions. You might comment on one or two and you might post some questions you have that you think the community can answer.

        Taking an HOUR to create something is suggesting that perhaps you were just posting sales copy. If that is the case, you should probably be posting it in the proper area and paying for it.

    It says in many of the sticky's that there are plenty of reasons that can get your posts deleted... and you will never know why... The idea of keeping a copy of your posts is a good idea... that way you can change up some things and try again in a different manner.

    Paul,

    Though I am not the moderator that deleted your thread (we have well over a dozen of them), I can see why the moderator deleted the thread that you were referring to. I can see two immediate reasons why it was deleted, either reason would have been sufficient:

    #1. It was a copy and paste article from your blog or at least, it was similar enough. That is generally not allowed.

    #2. These are discussion forums, not article forums; so if your post reads like an article, it will most likely get deleted by a moderator. If it appears to have a lot of keyword stuffing, that will also get it nuked.

    Also bear in mind that a member's standing and history are also taken into account here, not just the content. You're a new member here so you don't have any history here yet. As soon as you posted that article, you probably had more than one member report it and/or a moderator saw it and deleted it.

    Though it is against the rules to ask on why something was deleted, we will occasionally leave them up and respond to them, depending on the situation so people can see that we don't delete threads for no reason and it can be a tool to educate the new members.

    It happens man. Don't complain to the mods or even us for that reason (cause in a way it's like complaining to the moderators). Make good relevant posts, don't post too often everyday, and keep going. If one of your posts gets deleted, it may NOT be your fault.

    What if you made a good post on a thread entitled, "Leaked! How to hack into Amazon's financial database!" That whole thread would get deleted, and so would one of your posts... even if it was thrashing the idea that the thread creator made.
