can anyone give a hand to optimize the use of ebay classifieds?

would anyone mind lending a helping hand on elaborating how to use ebay classifieds to promote affiliate products....

And also on which niche markets i should focus on say using clickbank and cpa offers...

I have recently created a classified ad on ebay to 1) see how to do it and 2) see what the response is.

Unfortunately although I am getting views I am not getting click throughs or sign ups. I need to increase the traffic to my website as I have a ebay cd product I want to launch with some accompanying ebooks.

I am thinking of branching into a specific area for newbies online especially in social networking but I need to create some content from scratch. I have not researched my idea but it is valid and will be very relevant to web2.0 or socnet (social networking).

What stage of the classified ad are you stuck on?
