Sticky post in WSO - help need please.

Hey everyone,

I just purchased a sticky thread for $200 in the WSO forum and 4 minutes later I received a PM from alastair to say my sticky had ended.

Not sure why that happened and im not sure if that inbox is monitored so I wondered if any mods can help me please.

I am not upset, just curious and I am sure it will be resolved quickly.

    Yes, you can open a Help Desk ticket (the middle one of the links on the red bar near the top of any page).

    I know the forum was expensive to buy, but I don't think a sticky will really cost $50 per minute.

        I hear ya'.

        In Australia (East side), where this forum's owned/run, it's the small hours of the morning (Saturday night/Sunday morning). I'm only guessing, but I suspect it's possible it could be Monday morning, their time, before you get a reply.
