For me,yeap. After the number of day of followup, it seem like the person do not interested on the offer anymore. So you will try to arrange them to solo list and also promote with other IM product.

    Thats just what I do.

If you promote WSOs you will almost always do well as people will continue to buy.

Other than that, it depends on what kind of relationship you would want to keep with your list A person who is always promoting different products, or someone promoting your own products & Services.

After exactly 15 days of regular emails, I stop promoting mine and offer other products similar so there's no message lost in the marketing message.

Just a question though, why is your list built for IM? Shouldn't you be building a list of prospects to pitch your product to ... in this case your amazon affiliates?

    I would, yes.

As every man and his dog knows, it's much easier to sell to a person who has already bought a product of yours, than trying to acquire a new client. It's cheaper, more convenient and quicker. (Seriously, it doesn't get any better.)

Of course, for this to happen successfully, you need these conditions to be met:
    a) Your clients must be satisfied with the products they have already bought, otherwise they won't buy from you again (obviously).

    b) The subsequent promoted products must be relevant to them. They don't have to be similar to the one(s) they've already bought from you, but align with the reasons they've subscribed to your list in the first place.

    c) Optional: to make more money, it's best to first sell them the cheaper products and then move on to sell more expensive stuff. This way, if your past products were any good, they'll get more trust in you and be more willing to trust you again with more expensive products. Example: first product can be priced at $47, second product at $97, third product at $197, etc.
I can't tell about your specific situation because I haven't seen the landing page and what you've promised them when they subscribed.

It is possible that people interested in learning to generate leads, could also be possible in Amazon affiliate marketing. Actually, those two can work together.

Yeah i think every person's need is different.
Not everyone would wanna buy the same product.
So having a little variety will increase sales a little.
But before doing that you gotta have a good realtionship with your list so that they can trust you.

If you have collected your list on the basis of offering IM products then i would continue to promote IM products to them, sending them anything based on Amazon Affiliates may just confuse.

Make sure you give your list some value too, don't just blast product after product

Yes, you can sometimes make more by selling other people's products to your list. You can find good products with sales pages that have been tweaked for years for maximum sales conversions.

It also shows you how your list responds to various products. This information can help you when creating new ones.
