Make money with a secretariat - How to implement ?

I am planning to launch a remote secretariat for some of my clients.
All my clients are located in France and have already a phone number on the public switched telephone network (which they want to keep). My secretary is located in Argentina but his husband is moving a lot with his work so she can be in Auckland in six months.
My secretary need to handle everything from her computer (no hard phone) and need to know for which client is coming the call. So I was thinking to transfer each client's phone number to a sip number that automatically transfert calls to my secretary number. Thus I can know from which sip line is coming the call and identify the client concerned by the call.
My secretary will have to call the clients of my clients from Argentina (or anywhere else in the world) located in France.
Is there any easy solution that answer my problem ?
