PPV Landing Pages

Hello Warriors

I am a newbi in CPA and would like to start my journey of wealth by promoting CPA offers through PPV. I got accepted in CPA network already and I chose the offer that I will be promoting furthermore I scrapped the sites that I will be targeting and I determined which PPV platform I will use to generate traffic to my offers.

But My big question is : How can I create a good landing page ?

This point is really confusing me !! should I create a landing page through PS and upload it on a server or is there a tool I can use to create me landing pages quickly !!

I came across some WP plugins that I can use to convert the theme to a landing page however I do not know if I use such a plugin will be good or not !!! my concern is in PPV marketing ( disruption marketing ) I should have the landing page let's say 800 pix * 500 pix and I do not know if I use the plugins to turn the theme into a sales page will that give me the flexibility to control the page size that will appear on the targeted URLs or not
