I think you need to define what you mean by "free press release".

    Do you mean:
    Free press release template?
    Free press release submission site?

I'll assume that you mean all of the above.

That being the case I would implore you to AVOID Free press release submission sites since they typically rank low and change their permissions or go down making them totally unreliable and a waste of time.

    Best of Luck,

    J. Barry

      Thank you for your replay
In this case, I'll go for the paid press release
Can you provide me with the best press release available?

Just to mention, Press Releases are not as helpful SEO wise as they used to be. We have Google to thank for that lol.

Services don't sell themselves, you have to sell them.

$3000 in 2 weeks with no result -

There is something really fishy here. And with the same fishy stuff, even if you spend another $3K in distributing press releases, I am afraid you will still fail. No offense, but have you tried to figure out what went wrong with your adwords campaign?

My honest and sincere suggestion, fix the things before you spend money on PR submission or any other paid advertising. There is quite a big hole in your boat.

          Best,
          Eddy

If with $3000 dollars in AdWords you didn't get any results, you should think about your contents and conversion.
Also think to the Facebook Ads, they work good for some niche.

There are some free press release sample on the other hand there are some free press release submission sites also. If you can write press release, you can submit in these free sites.

You can do more to advertise for your website. such as FORUM POSTING, social media marketing, article submission & so on. Thanks

    Hey Softbuild,

Post a link to your landing page you are using in adwords. The problem can lie in your conversion funnel and keyword target, site design and overall sell. Anyone willing to spend $3000 on adwords in 2 weeks with no results need to start at the heart of the problem. You might be targeting none buying words as well or going too broad or not have clear call to action buttons.

    UPDATE:
If your homepage is your landing then it does need some serious tweaking. PM me if you need some free guidance.

As for where to get more people posting resumes and those offering jobs if you need to build a database, well first places that jump to mind are gumtree, craigslist, usasmalls etc.

Question: Is it free to post your resume? If you are looking to have employers opening their wallets then you need to build a database of possibilities for them. So get rid of the resume numbers and job numbers until you have clocked a database that is more substantial. Anyone expected to pay a high price to find a potential employee would like to do so when the pond is full of qualified fish to choose from.

There are many other task also for dropping your backlinks or syndicating your links, as I already mentioned that high profile QnA and forum posting will help you a lot so it is better to go delicately with it.

I had a look at free press release sites, but reading the details, they seem to say that they are places for you to put up a press release and other content, but THEY don't do anything with it, you have to get people to see it by using Social media or other methods, so it seems to me that they are mainly a substitute for a website, and if you have your own website they might not help you much at all.

As others are saying, you need to test your conversion on your site, before you spend much money sending traffic to it. Since you seem to have plenty of money to waste (!) one approach would be to pay someone else to improve your conversions . . . find someone with proven success doing that for other websites, and maybe offer them a commission, or a JV partnership, as that gives them more incentive to make it work the very best they can rather than paying them a fixed fee.

    Hope that helps

    Chris
