I'm thinking about selling a website. I intend to flip it but
I have a problem.

I've set up a Paypal payment link and I offer a 60 day money
back no questions asked guarantee so what happens if I get
some refunds afterI've sold the website?

Who issues the refunds, the new owner or myself?

But once the new owner changes his/her details on the site the refund requests would go to the new owner, not me so how would I know if someone wanted a refund?

Usually, the buyer is going to go through PayPal to ask for the refund and your automatically going to be "linked" to that transaction!

That's it!! You will get an email notification about buyer initiating a refund request and just follow the steps in the email.
