Hiring VAs/Freelancers On Short Notice

Hi team,

Does anyone know of a website or service where I can hire freelancers or virtual assistants on very short notice (i.e. they are kicking around waiting for a job to come on ... kind of like iWriter but for other activities such as forum commenting).
