How would you make $ while building the social marketing/marketplace site?

I found great info on this site and would love to hear from you on the challenge I have.
My socialnetworking/market place site was just launched that comes with the blog that is received pretty well. Obviously the goal is to get the sign up so my site is designed for this purpose. As experienced marketer knows, it can takes a while to build the proper traction.
For this reason, I don't see affiliate marketing is a way for me to generate the income while building the traction. And, I am not into podcast or writing book. But I need to support myself while paying for coder, designers, and everything..
What would you suggest me to do? I am not sure if I can leave the http address of my company. It is "PartnerSss" if you'd want to take a look.

PS, For those who want to suggest me to do the fund raising, I am actually more interested in building the product/market fit for now especially the positive feedbacks I received from users (real estate brokers) are really great.
