Hey, how is everyone?
I have a great idea(I think)but because I'm very new to IM (now creating my first blog-so I haven't made any money yet) so i'm not sure how I could make this work

I can't afford to outsource it myself but I might e able to help her 'raise some funds' and start small.
I guess I will just have to have a chat with her and be honest about what I can do myself.
It's difficult to know what to do when I only have ideas that are good-But I'm not sure how to say 'I have some great ideas...but no clue how to make it work-now about those free lessons

You have an incredible opportunity if she's willing to work with you. Just great that you're thinking outside the box. My suggestion is to think a little bigger than a possible few lessons a week because you will be seriously be shortchanging yourself.

A video membership site is a good idea but will require some expense and maintenance to keep running. But you could easily pay for that with member's payments if you decide on a good arrangement with her. Since she's already running many monthly videos and has a great following, I'm certain that a certain percent of them wouldn't mind a $5-10 monthly membership for the info.

You could do the organization, outsource it like was suggested by Pat, and get a percentage of the recurring monthly subscriptions. Here's a fantastic thread about membership sites on this forum-

She could have private coaching offered through the membership site (locally, of course), a ready market for video sales, and a really huge one right now, Pilates products. This is a golden opportunity and if I were you, I would grab it in a heartbeat if she's receptive.

What a great way if you could start out with this one. Of course, you may have to do some quick learning to pull this off, but with the assistance available here, I'm sure you could form an alliance with someone if they can share in the action. You could outsource the majority of it. Could turn into something huge.

I would definitely start some research to see if this is being offered anywhere. Sign up for their list or newsletter and see the kind of service they're offering. There's many ways to capitalize on this situation. You could write an ebook or have one written that can be offered through the membership area.

If you have an affiliate deal with her for signups, you can offer the ebook as an incentive to sign up through you. Start your blog and offer her products privately through your own channels, even if the people aren't members. Then, give incentives like a one month free membership access to the site.

Anyway, I could keep going on with it as there are a thousand ways to monetize this. See what she's willing to work out with you.
