How Can I Sell My Website?

Hi guys,

I've been working on this blog of mine for about 3 years. It's a nice magazine-style technology blog with multiple categories. Right now it gets around 12k visitors and 28k pageviews every month. Ranks at 3/10 on Google and has domain authority at 33.

The site had a few ups and downs over the years but I did my best to make it stand out. But I do find it difficult to maintain the site at the moment because I'm trying to focus on my new startup business.

I was thinking about shutting down the site, but too much of hard work went for it to let it go like that. So, I was wondering if I could maybe sell a website like this to someone who would keep it alive.

Do you think it's possible to sell a blog like this?
And if so, how do I find someone to buy it?
And how much should I ask for?

    If you can provide a good proof of income, that blog can fetch thousands of dollars at freemarket.com or flippa.

      Well, the thing is I only get profits from various product reviews and other advertising like backlinks. I can provide proof of those sales. But other than that Adsense earnings are very low these days.
