Adsense Ad Placement on Mobile

Hi all:

I've recently created a website that is dedicated to driving users through a slideshow on their mobile device and deliver them original content. As the account has grown over time this month, I am worried about the current layout and if it encourages "accidental clicks". I've already taken the liberty of flagging it with Google and have tried to reach out with no response back, which is often times a good thing according to their policy.

I've attached an image below, please let me know your thoughts. Currently the user lands on the page, sees a title and then scrolls down to read content followed by an image. I then placed a 300x100 ad unit and the orange Back and Next buttons are there right below it. In order to differentiate it even further, I've included a small text labelled "Advertisement" above the adunit.

Thoughts? Is this encouraging click activity?

I like it to be just at the bottom of an iPhone screen, so lots of people accidentaly click it when trying to scroll down.

Been using the trick for at least a year with no repercussions.

I'm trying to limit my accidental clicks as much as possible though. Do you think this setup is a bit misleading? And also are you talking about anchor ads that google provides?

I'm just talking about placing a link the advert in the part of the screen where people scroll.
