What to do with a satirical site that has a lot of traffic?

My friend has a 2-year old satirical site created just for fun., Now he want to monetize it but Adsense will not allow him to do it.
Is there any other ad networks that allow posting in satirical sites?

    What about affiliate marketing? There are lots of affiliate opportunities out there that would probably accept his site (assuming content is decent).

      There are a lot of generalized CPA offers out there that convert, or maybe try a PPV full page pop-up? See what he can get per 1k views....maybe he'll get lucky and crank out 2k a month?

    I have a fairly big humor site. We cover all topics, though it's probably more low-brow humor that your site (we have a college audience, primarily). Affiliate offers are the ticket; that and something like TeeSpring or a Tee affiliate. We do well by selling traffic. Some of our articles receive over 2,000,000 visits and people pay to have them published (but we still moderate them and only accept quality). Products that work well for us: tees, movie and tv, games (online and download), writing and filmmaking courses, software (film, writing, game designing).
