Where can I go to find someone that (after given a script) will create a HIGH quality video for me, approx 30 mins long, that I can later possibly sell as a DVD?

I know people do video creation on Fiverr but are they high quality enough? I want someone in front of the camera speaking too, not an animated video. And how much do you think it'd cost for a 30 min video? Or where else can I go online to have this outsourced? Does anyone here do professional video creation?

    You can post a thread in warriors for hire section there you can find many warriors ready to do any kind of stuff.

    There are high quality video creators on fiverr, you will obviously have to pay for quite a few gigs. Some do deliver in HD format and are very well spoken.

    Contact a few, explain what you want, look at their portfolios.

    Otherwise do as Sathuri says.

    Also, have you checked out freelancer.com ? odesk.com ? Elance.com?

    fiverr is probably a good option here.

    You will have to dig around though because I've bought them before and whilst some of them are good, some of them are equally bad - make sure you check out the past reviews and see examples of previous work.
