Assuming Audience's knowledge base?

It's my first time creating an OTO and I'm assuming that my buyers will know nothing at all. I do give them a free report before showing them the OTO, and it explains the general concept of my business.

How would I be able to gauge my buyer's knowledge of the subject?

For my OTO, do I have to assume that my customers have read the free report?

I also have a blog that will more than like cover around 40-50% of the OTO's information if I use them. Should I still put that in the OTO or should I assume that it has been read before by the audience and add other information?

Basically, is it ok to reuse some information from other places?
