Banner ad designers?

I need half a dozen or more banner ads created for a new site.

Where do people go for that now?

I used 20 Dollar Banners a few years ago, it'd cost me about $200 to get what I need there, still good?

      I think they have some big prices. Why don't you look for freelancer banner designers?
      They are cheaper.
