I know nothing about technical stuff, and I have paid hundreds of dollars over the past few weeks to get to where I am now.
I just looked at google analytics for my blog, and it says that I have had no visitors in the past 30 days, which means that the person that did my analytics for me has mucked up.
Please, is there someone who can tell me what to do to fix things? I am unable to get a technician to look at it for a couple of weeks. I have spent all my money on other marketing.
Many thnaks in advance...

Did you paid for some one to creat Google Analytics or you paid money to bring visitors?

To create Google Analytics Account or Getting Google Analytics code is really very easy you can juts follow steps from Google Help menu and u will able to get Analytics codes for your each pages on your website then simply past that code on your website?

You can run your advertising and marketing campaign on your own, insted of asking some on to run for yourself.

Pm me if want to know anything more information?

Have you looked at the Analytics help files? They have a step-by-step guide on how to install the code on your site:

I paid someone to install the script, not get me visitors. But I get a bit scared when I have to do anything technical on my site. I think prehaps I am at the stage whereby I will need to give away a portion of my profits to get someone to do ongoing technical work for me because I cannot keep on paying people every week to do the changes thaht I need to be done. I am spending hundreds of dollars and have no money left for makreting!

time to dig in and learn, friend. this is all part of the learning process and unless you plan on paying everyone for the simplest thing, you'll have to learn this stuff sooner or later. the good thing is that the knowledge builds and the more you learn the more effective you'll be.

Do you know how the Google code was/is added to your site?
    via plug-in or other?

When you login to your analytics account, do you see a green check mark
    under status?

    Cheers, Pete

If you are browsing files via FTP program, you cannot change it.

Log into your WP blog as admin, go to design, you'll find a place to edit your theme. You can paste that code into header.php or footer.php, and hit save or update. That's it.

If you still have issues let me know, or I can do it for you.

If you are a complete beginner, it would be wiser to invest your time in ed dale's 30 day challenge program. It's free to participate in. Courses start next month i think

If your site is powered by WordPress, go to Plugins and Add plugins. Search for 'analytics' and the very first one should be 'Analyticator'. Install it, go to its settings, enter your UA number (you will get this from Google analytics site) and activate logging.

    Simple as that.
