Where to get WP theme like this?

Im basically after a WP theme where i can list mods for downloads like the website above, anyone have any suggestions?

You could try using What WordPress Theme Is That? and then use the name to see who provides it or sells it.

It's not exactly the same, but themes like this may help:

I just did a Google search for "review themes". You may find others you like even more.

Check out themeforest.net, lots of great themes there for just about any purpose you can imagine....except for the one you just imagined. But seriously, really good themes over there.

The site you referred to is using IPS Community Suite with IP.Downloads app.

To find a similar WordPress theme, you can try WordPress Review Theme.

Go to ThemeForest. There are so many themes that look the same and have the same feel as what you want.

As I mentioned, it is not Wordpress. It is a forum. You can get this particular forum software here

I've just checked the theme you were talking about using WP Theme Detector. It's a custom theme, so you won't find the template online. However, you can search for a similar WordPress theme or hire someone to create one that looks the same.
