fiverr .. virtual assistants or any gigs you recommend ?

peoples:

I am a fiverr buyer.
ok I am getting disappointed.

my experiences so far:
sellers give me junk not relevant to their gig ( youtube uploads )
sellers who say ok I am up to your challenge ( youtube uploads )
then ( 5 ) days later saying I have no clue of what you want !
this was for ( 2 ) gigs back and forth until I cxl. shd have mentioned
thx 4 wasting my time !

5 sellers who are not able to complete order ( affiliate marketing )
then ask to cxl.

yes I know it is only $5 but honestly I am willing to pay for ( 2 ) gigs
or more but my time is worth more than
" I have no clue of what you want ".

can anyone recommend a virtual assistant who they are happy with ?
I want to try again but cannot go thru this nonsense of spinning my
wheels but sellers who really do not want your business.

      #1. youtube uploads ( links given ).
      content obviously has to be related to my links.
      I cannot accept content that shows detergent and soap when my link is
      related to gaming.

      #2. virtual assistant.
      someone who can respond right away rather than keep the buyer waiting
      and waiting.

      I have had some luck with great sellers ( animation video, ebay listings,
      google adwords ) but thought I could get further help fm warriors with their experiences.

    I have personally leveraged the services of SEO Clerks as well as Freelancer.com.

    However, my preferred method is to utilize the services of college interns, as they are willing to exchange their time for experience. They are also eager to prove their worth, and put in the time necessary to do so.

    Simply, place advertisements on Craigslist, or physically go to a local college campus and speak with the students and market what you're seeking on college job boards, and interview the candidates and hire those that are a good fit.

    You will receive excellent service in exchange.

      What is your pay structure for interns? Do they work for free if doing for college credit?

    On fiver, There is no person has extensive experience if some one has, then he made wrong gig there as you buy gig then you feel that you have wrong person, he will demand more money,

    Since I used to be a writer, I may know where they are coming from. Oftentimes, Fiverr sellers and even article requesters paying me to write articles for them may say they want one thing but change their mind the minute after. Some may also give me free reign to do what is needed, and all they give me is two or three small instructions. And in the end, they complain.

    However, I do understand your problem, and most likely you could change that just by being more clear. If you could lay it out in a clear format in a step by step systematic approach, you may have an easier time. The only way for the seller to do well is if the buyer makes it clear what they want.

    Edit: I had no clue this was from 2014. May as well post anyways.
