Partner & Reseller program, help

Yesterday I got a mail from a company who said that they were interested in selling my products in their native homeland either by being a partner or by reselling.
They have asked for my products:
1. DataSheet
2. Sale tool Kits
3. Spec
4. Prices
5. Power Point Presentation
5. Demo

I have been into this before. Which option should I choose ?
How should I tackle this ?
What datas are to be sent ?
please advise ?

    I usually tend to start off with short term goals where they have to meet those goals before they can get a better deal. They basically need to prove they are serious before I will do business with them. This is what I would recommend, and that way you can warm up to the relationship with them.
