Hello Warriors,

I am sure, many of you use PLR articles for your business. It would really help if you could tell me what are the different ways you use PLR?

Thanks,
I look forward to your responses.

Whenever an article comes in with a list of links such as a list of Social Network Sites, Article Submission Sites, SEO Resources, places to get Free Web Templates, in fact, any long list of links - I do this

If I have any sites which fit the list, I add them to the list and release the article (with PLR and RR) either on it's own or in a bundle. Then my links go along for a free ride.

The main purpose of this strategy is to increase link popularity and not rely too much on click-throughs. I think it is well worth spending the time to compose such an article from scratch and zip it into any related PLR bundle for further distribution.

I stumbled across this when I published my own list of resources in an article and noticed that people started to steal the list and post it (as their own) on their own sites and at public discussion forums. Not fully sick viral, just a mild kind of viral.

If you do a search of the forum you will find several posts where this has been covered in pretty good detail already.

If you want to know how to use PLR, take a look at the WSO forum and find a few PLR offers. What you'll see is that people tell you what you can and can't use it for. Something like this:

    Product Rights

[YES] Can be used for personal use
    [YES] Can be packaged
[YES] Can be offered as a bonus to your customers
[YES] Can be edited and your name put on it.
[YES] Can be used as web content
[YES] Can be broken down into smaller articles
[YES] Can be added to an e-Course or autoresponder as content
[YES] Can be submitted to article directories
[YES] Can be added to paid membership sites for your customers
[YES] Can be added to an ebook/PDF as content
[YES] Can be recorded for voice or video
[YES] Can be offered through auction sites

    [NO] Can sell Resale Rights
[NO] Can sell Master Resale Rights
[NO] Can sell Private Label Rights to the original documents.

Check several, you'll get a few variations and additions - pretty much a set of instructions if you look at it that way.

      What about this one?

Take a PLR pack on e.g. panic attack.

      Create an opt in page

      Give away a free report

Send the report as autoresponder messages, with a few lines of content and a link to a page on your site that is hidden for the public.

On that page, put a PLR article, then add adsense and/or cpa and/or affiliate links...

Result: every optin returns multiple times to your pages and offers

    Poppy61,

I use PLR just to get ideas. In fact, I kind of make it a game. Every time I stumble across some good PLR I've got to figure out how I can take the idea and run with it.

P.S. Here's a cool post from Nicole Dean (complete with video) showing how to turn PLR into an actual "coffee table book", mugs, and T-shirts. Definitely not something I would have ever thought of!

For my first squeeze page I used plr articles for content in my autoresponder, and some info I took from a plr ebook. That was over 1 year ago, and I still make several grand a month in CB affiliate sales from it.
