Playing .wmv Member Videos on a Mac - how to?

Hi -

I had a customer who doesn't know how to play downloadable .wmv video files on his Macbook pro etc, any ideas how to playback wmv in macs?

I'd think a player like VLC:
VideoLAN - Download official VLC media player for Mac OS X

may do it, or other ideas?

    It also supports converting WMV to Mac compatible formats like MP4 and MOV.

    Yes, VLC is the simple answer.

    The deeper answer is that no one should be delivering video as WMV - it's a proprietary MS codec.

    H.264 encoded MP4 is streamable, cross-platform and mobile compatible.
