Ads to place on my jobs website?

i set up a jobs website with adsense ads (im now making 10cent a day which is awesome!) but what other ads would you recommend to place on the site, i was thinking amazon affilaite and hsotgator affiliate, i know you can only place 3 adsense ads per page but am i also allowed to place these ads on the site which already have adsense ads, or would adsense ban me?

You can find a few "writing jobs" sites in the clickbank marketplace that pay a decent commission and seem to be perfectly targeted for your website.

true also i would use something like hypertracker
to rotate between 4-6 offers, find the ones that
give you the highest NET epc's and use the top
      2 on a consistent basis.

Mostly any work at home biz opp cpa offer would work...

I would probably promote one that's a trial offer,
its a low barrier of entry, you get a high payout,
and they typically convert really high on job traffic.

How are you driving traffic to your site? all organic web search?

There are many affiliate (CPA) offers which would likely work great, some are job offers and others are work from home.. I'd recommend looking at that. You could even start by visiting odigger.com or offervault.com and see what types of offers are available

There are also some affiliate products which help people with the job application process, write a good CV and cover letter, etc. Those would be a perfect match for your site.

How about placing adversal ads along with the adsense ads? sites with a lot of free space (like mine) could fit many ads

Yes they do ban you , hoeever your will see people placing 2 3 5 6 7 even 10 adsese but theese people have been treated diffrently as they do have very very nasty traffic so th google wont treat them as what they treat to normal people. This is whole diffrent ball game when your traffic cross the set google limit they will allow you to do these kind of stuff..

    Cheers

You can place as many Clickbank ads as you want. It does not work like Adsense.

I suggest you take the Adsense off your site completely and replace it with affiliate or CPA ads. Adsense pays pennies and is far too restrictive.

There are some products on Clickbank that offer JOBS to people.

You can place as many ads as you want or as little as you want.

You're not hard to please, are you? As long as you derive income from Adsense, you're going to have to be happy with pennies for your effort unless you can find a way to drive lots of traffic (mega traffic) to you site. I would suggest you create and sell your own product, or a product that you license, or something that will generate an income instead of a pittance.

Obviously the product you sell or affiliate should be targeted to the reason viewers come to your site.

since media.net is a direct competitor to adsense would it still be okay to place both on your site?
Also how many ads can you place on a single page without getting banned from adsense? i know its 3 for adsense but i meant along with cpa, amazon, cb ect.

i would recommend "doubling up" with affiliate marketing, such as amazon or ebay. this is allowed by googles terms and offers a different aspect that may prove lucrative.

Think like your visitor. If you were looking for a job, what else would catch your interest? Maybe an attractive job offer, or a service that will help them with their job search? There are several things you could go after.
