Best services to download FREE OFFERS?

What are the best services to use on thank you page to download free offers? Recommend or share your experience.
For example I send directly to email. But I think there are much more better choices.

    If you are sending people from your thank you page to the page of someone else, you are in effect telling them that you don't want to see them anymore. Send them to a property you own, like your Facebook page, or your Facebook group, or your Twitter account, an article you wrote on your blog. But don't send them into the arms of someone else.

    you can check out sharecash, there's alot of "free" stuff you can use as free gifts (survey needed actualy). Actualy good source of info for newbies cause as a member you can download and read any book and there is like milions of books considering internet marketing
