I put an article on EzineArticles let two or three days pass, then decided to edit the resource box and reword it a bit. Oops.. that reset the article back like it was a new submission and now I must wait all over again. Should I simply have edited it after it was approved?

The waiting phase for ezine can be annoying at first, but once you get about 10 articles submitted they should offer you a free upgrade to the account that really speeds things up.

Also if you're submitting several daily, it only seems like an eternity for the first batch. After that you have new articles going live daily to keep you busy.

If you edit an approved article it has to be re-submitted for approval.

I found that out Really I knew that, I was just hoping by editing just the resource box I would not be put in the back of the line but would maintain my 3 day status.

They still pull the article for re-approval if sig changes are made.

Changing the links will cause it to take even more time.

Get in the habit of submit and forget, while your waiting for approval, you could be promoting in all sorts of other ways, and writing more articles.

When you say a free upgrade on EZA after 10 articles, is this through the premium service?

Yes I learned this the hard way. I wrote several articles for a company I am working with and after they had been approved I noticed the default resource box was included. So I clicked edit and voila back to the beginning again.....

I think that even if you click the edit button...the article goes back to the beginning of the submission process.
