Personal Challenge: Have 100 People On My List By January 10th AND Make 1 Sale of My Product

Howdy all!

I'm back again, with a new personal challenge for myself (I'm the guy who created the $750 in freelancing challenge a while back) - get 100 people on my list by January 10th AND make one sale of my product (coming soon!).

Why Jan. 10th? Well, it's December 7th right now (as I write this), but I want to get a 100 subscribers in one month. Usually, this forum section takes a couple days to get threads approved, which is why I'm pushing the end date up to January 10th.

Here's some basic information about where I'm at website-wise:

I've got a blog setup, and generating approximately 50-100 visitors a day (80% unique).
Most of my traffic comes from social media (specifically Twitter), although 25% comes from referral websites.
I'm adding traffic baskets - YouTube, SlideShare, and document sharing sites.

Basic info about my list:

I have a page up on my website with e-mail forms.
I have an above the fold widget with a subscription form.
I offer two free eBooks - one on Twitter traffic and one on "Superman Content" - as download incentives.
I have a subscription form with a call-to-action at the end of every post.
I have 10 people on my list so far. I'm getting about 2 signups per day.
I send out an e-mail every day.
I have a few autoresponder messages (6 total) stored.

What I'm going to be working on:

1. Storing up autoresponders.
2. Finishing my product - "The Blogger's Guide to Content Marketing"
3. Writing copy for my product, and putting it up on my website.
4. SEO for my blog.
5. Guest posting + other traffic driving methods.
6. Blog posts - at least once a day.
7. Lots more!
