I just received a disturbing email saying that you do give any customer service and I know that I will have a couple of problems that I will need addressed for this product. I bought both the product and the upsell and believe that they are great products. Just to put my mind at ease I would like to know that when I need a little help you will be there forme. I found it disturbing that this person would say that about you as I have bought products from you in the past and loved them. I won't mention who sent me the email but it is someone who I've actually trusted in the past. Sorry to ramble but like I said this bothered me a little and if you just say that you'll be there when I need you, I will feel much better. Thanks for your time , Morris Murphy (Murph)
