i am looking at buying affilojetpack fro my daughter and her husband who has just lost his job (his last work day is today, 7/30/10).
we will be using my daughter's social security number as the tax ID for 1099's.

my question:
should i buy it in my name, OR
my daughter's name alone, OR
in their joint names?

they are total newbies, so i'm not sure that they will be able to make it work, or will be committed to doing all the work that will be necessary to make it work. so, i might end up having to take it over at some future date.

is tax id number will be something that can be changed relatively easily at a later date with clickbank, or whoever you'll be using.

want to make sure that there is no problem with me getting into the account to help them along, or, in the worst case, having to get refund if they don't want to/can't do the work, and i don't have the time to get things up and running in the first 2 months.

what would you do if you were in my situation?
