Thanks for the kind words on the Profits Theme situation. I have a journalism background so I guess it's just automatic that I ask questions and hang in there when people avoid answering or, in Darren's case, exchange attitude for common sense business practices.

With your business background you know how easy it is to diffuse those kinds of situations. All Darren would have had to post was, "I understand your concern. Let me try to get an answer for you." Then, he and Welly could have huddled and decided what to say. Whatever the response would be, at least he wold have come off looking helpful and credible. Instead, he trashed his own image. It amazes me that people make these kinds of choices.
