SMS requires a person to send a message to a list to give their permission to receive messages. You can't just use webforms for that otherwise people could enter other people's phone numbers and you end up in hot water. There really is no need to send them to an optin page for this. Your offline marketing materials should just tell them the number to SMS and join your list. Sending them to a landing page would just be pointless.
