I've got a software program that I created about 3 years ago. I've only done some minor updates, and I know there are some features I could add to make it better, and there's a couple bugs that really need to be fixed.
I've been thinking about making those changes, and relaunching the software, and this time, selling it through clickbank.
I never acquired any affiliates for the program, and though I have made a decent return on my investment of time, I don't think I've...

(By the way, Product #2 was just approved in Clickbank as well!)
2008 was the year of the dabble. I dabbled in article marketing, I dabbled in Adsense. I dabbled in getting SEO and internet marketing clients, I dabbled in blackhat, I dabbled in affiliate sales. And while I did make money, there was a distinct lack of focus.
But what good came out of 2008 is that I do know what works. I know that if I actually do all the things that I know will work, that I'll be successful....

My first product has received approval from Clickbank. Yeah. Just 50 to go, haha.
The process was pretty painless. The reviewer did come back to me with a couple changes I needed to make on my pitch page, but it was minimal, and now I'll know to included those items on the pitch pages for the other products.
I should have #2 up for approval by the end of the night tonight.

Well, it's 12:50am, but I've managed to get my first product up on Clickbank and ready for approval. The sales letter stinks, but for now, it'll do.
I've also settled on a ebook format that I'll use for all the books. It should make it easier to get the books ready to go, since I won't be messing around with format choices, like fonts, etc.
I also need to get the text portion of the sales letters formatted while I'm awaiting the graphics. I spent an hour tonight doing...

So now that I've laid out my goals, the problem is managing all the different aspects of making those goals. I've got my marketing & maintenance list for all my existing sites, and my goals for product creation.
And about 6 hours of productive time 4-5 days a week (depending on offline appointments, and the height of the laundry pile). So that gives me 24-30 hours.
The product creation stuff has a higher priority than the site maintenance, to the extent of keeping up...
