Not sure if you picked up on my sarcasm, but this is ridiculous! Besides #8, all of these are trading time to make fewer dollars for you.
How would you like more time and more dollars?
Yes, they are good ways to make a buck or two. But, not what it will take to pay your bills or get out of debt (if you are in debt.)
