I have a potential joint venture partnership to produce a WSO. There are some things I would like to know to make sure things goes smoothly
It involves partnering with developer a product.

How should I reply to the programmer? He seems intereted

1. Should I tell the programmer about warrior forum (WSO) (he might to do it on his own?)
2. Should there be a signed agreement? How?
3. How do we get paid? should we have account for both of us?
