I have requested a refund through your support on April 30th and have not received it yet. Ticket # 19530957 and 19889496. Martin has responded that it has been processed. I still haven't received it.

05/14/13 - It has been 2 weeks since I requested a refund and I haven't received it. The Support said it has been processed but I don't see it in my account. I am starting to question if I will get my refund.

05/17/13 - Dan has issued the refunds. Thank you, Dan. I appreciate it. I have a few other of your programs and I am happy with those. Thank you, again.

I purchased Auto Reputation Suite Outsourcer from Dan Lew on March 20, 2013. It had a 30 day "No Questions Asked 30 day refund policy."

I used it a bit and found that it has some serious shortcomings and it does not benefit my business. Auto Reputation Suite |

On 4/11/2013 I submitted to his help desk, support@autoreputationsuite.com for a refund, and gave my reasons why. I got a message from "Martin" telling me about some "mind blowing" changes coming and he suggests I keep it. I told him no - just refund. No answer. I submitted several other times - no answer.

I skyped Dan Lew - no answer.

I contacted Dan Lew today - warrior pm. Have not heard back yet.

Went round & round w/live chat at autoreputationsuite.com - no help.

I am also having trouble getting an answer from support. After answering all of their questions, I have now not heard from anyone. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company if I don't get satisfaction in the next day or so.
