Thanks so much for your message, really appreciate it! I've opened up a paypal dispute ticket too, hopefully it gets resolved--this has been such a frustrating experience, really disappointed by RobKonrad and his lack of respect for clients or our time (I've been chasing a refund--which fell very well into the time frame allowed--for over a month now!)
