Hey, for youtube the goal is getting a catchy headline and VOLUME. Putting out 1 video a day wont do much at all unless you plan on spending a lot of indiividual time promoting the video or make it good so it goes viral.

I always created tons of videos each day and made money off pure volume. 2 cents here and 4 cents there eventually add up to $200 per day if you do enough!
